FrugalVISION - Intro

frugal [ˈfruːgəl] adj
1. practising economy; living without waste; thrifty
2. not costly; meagre

I love saving money on what I can so that I can free up money on other things. Whether it's on food, hba (health & beauty products), services, or entertainment, if I don't have to pay full price then why should I? Some ways I do this are by using coupons, living social, groupon, or simply catching those extra good deals!

First let me make it clear that I am not cheap, I am frugal. There is a BIG difference. I will definately spend money on something if I really want it and feel it is worth it and I am NOT going to go without my necessities in order to save a penny. Another thing to clarify is yes I coupon, but I am a "Hardcore Couponer", binder and all, NOT an "Extreme Couponer". Yes I watch the tv show for kicks, but I do not buy 100 of any item, I don't even have room for all of that. I will say that I have gotten to the point where I can go weeks without going to the grocery store, living off of what I already have and I love it!

This thread is my way to share my frugal ways in hopes you can also SAVE what you can in order to SPEND what you want.

With that said, stay tuned for more on FrugalVISION...
