That's What Little Girls Are Made Of - Raven Simone
HA! She was so daggon ca-ute! Talkin bout Dr. Seuss lol. So much spunk to be so young too. And WHY is she driving a car????? Anywho, random thought so felt I needed to post immediately!
Couldn't Pay Me To Do That!
Have y'all ever watched that show Dirty Jobs? Where this guy goes and does the most dirtiest jobs with the actual people who do it every day. He has done things like Roadkill collector, Worm Dung Farmer, Garbage Collector, Lightening Rod Installers, and many MANY more.
This got me to thinking about all of these jobs out there that are just nasty to me and you couldn't pay me to do it! If I had ANY say in what I would do in life, cleaning toilets isn't one of them. I have a pretty strong stomach I think and I promise it wouldn't be strong for long!
I was thinking the other day isn't it funny how some of these jobs are considered such "low" jobs and those who do them are looked down upon? The point is SOMEONE has to do it and going back into slavery days, there are people who wouldn't know what to do with themselves if all of "the help" just up and disappeared. The sad part is, these are the most undesired jobs, but yet they pay SO low and these people aren't compensated for the risks they take and mess they deal with that WE run from. Imagine a world with no janitors, housekeepers, roadkill collectors, and sewage cleaners? That would one nasty place to live. I know I don't want to be bobbin' and weavin' around deer and raccoons or using the toilets and tubs in the hotel rooms I stay at so very often!
I found this video below called "Why won't unemployed Americans take low-pay dirty jobs" from Fox News. They were talking about how it used to be considered shameful not to work and people would take any job they could find. They said how we have become spoiled especially with the cracking down of illegal immigrants in some areas and employers are actually having a hard time finding people to take these lower-paying and "dirty" jobs...even unemployed people! I agree that we have become WAY too picky if we would rather not have a job than work in an undesired position. Take a look see...
There are however some high-paying dirty jobs (these are averages and geography sensitive):
1. Garbage Collectors - $43-60k (depending on overtime pay)
2. Portable Toilet Cleaner - $50k
3. Sewer Inspector - $60k
4. Plumbers - $47
I am sure not everyone in those occupations get paid that much, but the fact that it is a possibility is good. Especially because I feel like each and every one of those jobs are important. Just because its undesired doesn't mean we don't NEED them!
I know me personally look down on no one for what they do and treat everyone with respect because most of us know that we'd be screwed all the way down to Hell if all of a sudden we were forced into those roles.

Feminist Movement - Woman to Man
Feminist Movement - Woman to Man
Anything you can do, watch me,
I can do it too
I am definitely not inferior to you
You talk about "its a mans job" and
all that other stuff
Well I'm here to tell you that
I've had enough
No more "step aside" or "let me do it"
cuz trust me, the next time I'll beat you to it
I have a spirit, and I have a voice
and I know how to make my own choice
about whats too hard for me to do
and whether or not I need you
If I have the ability and I have the skill
I will do it at my own will
I don't have the patience and I don't have the time
to sit back and listen to you whine
Such an abrupt ending! Wonder if I meant to end it or just never finished it. Now I can see I was always an independent strong willed woman even at a young age lol.
Thanks for reading!

Free As A Bird - By "B"
For my 1st piece of me, I am going to share a poem I wrote when I was about 14. A lot of my poem and story writing days were around this time. It is called "Free As A Bird". Now please don't ask me why I was even thinking about this at that age, because I do not know lol. I used to be a writer/painter/singer back in my youth...very talented lol. Also, I am typing it exactly how it is written on the piece of paper I found lol.
Free As A Bird
Free as a bird
Yeah, whatever, never
No one is free
As a bird
To fly away forever
A bird is not free
from the world
Predators and weather
As long as there's others
Others like you and me
Others like animals
Others like nature
A bird is not free
Free from dangerous animals
cold weather, and weapons
So when you hear that expression
"FREE AS A BIRD"
Think again, and again
and remember what you've been told
LOL! Omg I could barely type this without busting out laughing! Profound wasn't it? I wonder what I was going through or what was on my mind to think to write something like this.
Hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did typing it lol. Stay tuned for more of

"Target Lady" Commericals
Honestly, I could not pick just one of these Target Lady commercials, they are all funny! However, I was able to narrow it down to the top 4 ones that make me LMBO! So here they are:
1. "Chorus"
2. "4 AM"
3. "First"
4. "Reverse Psychology"

Tempted to Touch - Rupee
Who doesn't love this song? Definitely a song that I used to love to hear at parties back in the day and wouldn't mind hearing as a throw back at a party.
Friday - Rebecca Black
Ok so I feel really bad for putting this girl out there, but I have to admit this is funny. Honestly I don't think it's all that bad and she just needs to work on the tone of the way she says certain things and work on the lyrics a little bit. What makes it funny to ME is some of the lyrics, not that she can't sing or anything because she sound better than some people I have heard over the years.

Funny thing is, Justin Bieber's "Baby" song was criticized as being the most disliked YouTube video back when it first aired and look at him. She may be a joke now, but let's see who selling out concerts in 6 months. News stories say plenty of celebs like Jessica Alba and Christina Aguilera were teased in school as well, but who cares, they are top dogs now.
Apparently she made another song called "My Moment" (see below) which talks about her bullying so I am glad this hasn't crushed her spirit. I actually like this one. I am not going to go out and buy the cd, but I think kids in her age group or younger would. She is no different than Victoria or Selina Gomez in my opinion. My favorite part in "My Moment" actually is when she says "Hope that you are happy cuz I'm about to blow up". She is speaking what she wants and going for it. I think she has potential.
My Moment:
What do you think?
